Frequently asked questions.
Find answers to common questions about Juriton — how it cites to source, how we handle your data, pricing and access.
Chronologies, case summaries, witness statements, affidavits and outlines, examination-in-chief, cross-examination, an authorities library, and transcript analysis — drafted from your file and cited back to the page each line came from.
Juriton is built for Australian litigation. We run a guided pilot with Australian chambers and litigation firms, and the product is designed around common-law practice — briefs, witness evidence, chronologies and appellate work. If you practise in another common-law jurisdiction, join the waitlist and tell us about your practice.
Juriton connects to Google Drive and OneDrive today, so you can pull the brief straight from where the matter already lives — Dropbox and Xero are on the way. Outputs export to Word and PDF for the rest of your workflow.
Juriton is in private beta. We open access to a small group of Australian chambers and litigation firms at a time, so the experience stays hands-on. Join the waitlist and tell us about your practice — we'll send a sign-up link as seats open.
Only ingestion — the one-time work of reading a document into the matter. Chat, summaries, chronologies, examinations, regenerations and exports are never metered, so you can work the same brief as hard as you like.
We keep working. Overage is billed per page and gets cheaper as you move up — 30¢ on Solo, 25¢ on Advanced and 20¢ on Firm. You're warned, charged and never blocked in the middle of a matter.
Yes — 1 month on Solo, 3 months on Advanced and 6 months on Firm. Barrister workloads are lumpy; one monster brief shouldn't be punished by a quiet month either side.
No. Pages are consumed by the one-time work of ingesting a document, so deleting it later doesn't return the credits — the processing has already been done.
Yes. Every plan is month-to-month — no annual lock-in, no cancellation fee. If you cancel, you keep access until the end of the current billing period.
Your account, matters and documents are stored on managed cloud infrastructure in Sydney, with hardened access controls and network isolation. AI processing runs through vetted US endpoints today and moves onshore as part of our residency roadmap. Enterprise plans can arrange specific data-residency options.
Documents are encrypted at rest and in transit, every generation and export is logged at the matter level, and your content is never used to train external models. Each firm works in an isolated workspace.
No. Your matter content is never used to train external models, and we do not share it with third parties. You can delete a matter — and its source files — at any time.
Most lawyers are productive on Juriton within an hour. We provide a guided walkthrough on the first matter and a dedicated channel for questions during your pilot.
